  1. 1 Set your hours

    Mark each day open or closed and set the times. Add a second window for a lunch break.

  2. 2 Set your capacity

    Cap the bookings you take per day. Turn on arrival slots, pick the slot length, and set how many bookings each slot can hold.

  3. 3 Share your booking page

    Put your shareable booking link on your Google Business Profile so customers book straight from Google, add it to social pages, or drop the booking widget into your own website.

  4. 4 Watch the week fill

    One calendar in Day, Week and Month views. Drag a booking to a new day or time. Each day shows its count against your limit, such as 5/10, and full days and slots stop being offered, so nothing gets double-booked.

    Customers pick a date by default. Turn on slots when arrivals come in waves and swamp the front desk.

  • Short-notice work

    Minimum notice

    Decide whether customers can book for today. Off by default, so the earliest online date is tomorrow. Your team can still book today from the dashboard.

  • Fleet customers

    Book a fleet's vehicles weekly up to every 12 weeks, planned up to 12 months ahead. A preview shows capacity warnings first.

  • Holidays and training days

    Block time

    Block off a day or a few hours on the calendar, and online booking skips it. Accept only the vehicle types you service, too.

Where it stops. Better to know now.

  • It's a count you set. The daily limit caps the number of bookings, whatever the job. A good start is two per bay, then adjust.
  • One limit for every day. The daily limit and slot rules apply to every day of the week. Change the number ahead of an unusually busy or quiet day.
  • Locations share one schedule. Extra locations on your booking page change the address and map link only. They don't get their own capacity.

Questions shops ask

Do I need a website?

No. You get a shareable booking link for your Google Business Profile, social pages, email signature or a printed QR code. If you have a website, add the booking widget to it.

Can I move a booking on the calendar?

Yes. Drag it to a new day or time in the Day, Week or Month view. Full days and slots can't take it, so you don't double-book.

What happens when someone books while we're closed?

The booking is still created, as Pending, with the date they asked for. You review and confirm it when you're back.

Can customers pick an exact time?

Yes, once arrival slots are on. Set the time slot field to Optional or Required, and customers choose from the open slots.

Do cancelled bookings count against the daily limit?

No. A cancelled booking frees its place for a new one.
