Qoyod for the accounting side
Generate the invoice from the finished job, review it, then send it to Qoyod as a draft sales invoice. The customer, items, VAT, totals and vehicle go with it. Payments are then recorded in Qoyod, and autoGMS pulls the payment status back.

Final invoices flow to Qoyod, which is ZATCA-integrated. Your accountant approves the draft in Qoyod, and Qoyod issues the e-invoice and reports it to ZATCA.

Arabic for your team and your customers
Set the dashboard to Arabic and it switches to right-to-left. When the garage language is Arabic, the online booking page gives Saudi customers an English and Arabic switch.

Saudi customers prefer WhatsApp for estimates. Estimates and invoices open in WhatsApp with the message and link ready, and you tap send. Service reminders can also go by email on their own.

How does the Qoyod integration handle payments?
Once an invoice is sent to Qoyod, Qoyod becomes the place you record and approve payments. autoGMS refreshes the invoice from Qoyod: a full payment marks it paid, and a part payment is recorded with the balance left open.
How does ZATCA e-invoicing work with autoGMS?
Through Qoyod, which is ZATCA-integrated. autoGMS sends the invoice to Qoyod as a draft, your accountant approves it there, and Qoyod issues the e-invoice and reports it to ZATCA.
Does autoGMS file my VAT return?
No. It sets VAT on your invoices and, with the Financial Reports add-on, the Tax Report shows VAT collected, VAT paid and the net amount. Filing stays with you and your accountant.
Is autoGMS available in Arabic?
Yes. Set the dashboard to Arabic and it switches to right-to-left. Documents such as delivery notes follow the garage language, and the online booking page lets customers choose English or Arabic.
