Auto repair booking management. Every booking in one list.

Your front desk logs walk-ins and calls right next to the bookings customers made online. Each one moves through four main stages, Pending, Confirmed, In-Service and Completed, or is Cancelled. Starting the work opens the repair order.

3 bookings pending
  • 4 main stages: Pending, Confirmed, In-Service and Completed, plus Cancelled
  • 6 hold reasons while a job is In-Service, from parts to payment
  • 3 drag-and-drop calendar views: Day, Week and Month

From the counter to the bay in four steps.

  1. 1 Log it, or review it

Walk-ins and calls go in from the Reception Desk or the New Booking panel. Online bookings arrive as Pending, with the customer's details already filled in.

  2. 2 Confirm it

Check the details and confirm. The customer gets a confirmation email when they have an email on file and notifications are on.

  3. 3 Plans change? Update the booking.

The customer calls to come in later or add a repair. Edit the schedule, add the service or parts, and create an estimate from the new lines for the customer to approve. Price changes need a reason, and each one stays in the price history.

  4. 4 Start the work

Press Start. A required inspection comes first. Pick the tech, and autoGMS opens the repair order and takes care of the bay.

  • New online bookings

    Auto-confirm

Skip Pending and confirm them straight away. Limit it to business hours, returning customers, or both.

  • Bookings your team creates

    Required intake fields

Require the plate, VIN, mileage, promised completion date, arrival slot or notes before a booking can be created.

  • Fleet customers

    Book several vehicles at once

Pick the business, select its saved vehicles, give each one a service and create the bookings together.

  • Before work starts

    Required inspection

The Start button becomes Inspect until the vehicle's inspection is done.

Where it stops. Better to know now.

  • No skipping steps. A booking goes Pending, Confirmed, In-Service, Completed, in that order. It can't jump from Pending to In-Service.
  • WhatsApp updates take one tap. Confirmation emails go out on their own. For WhatsApp, autoGMS opens the update already written, and you tap send.
  • Refunds are recorded, not sent. When you cancel and refund a cash or bank payment, autoGMS records the refund you already paid. It doesn't move the money.

Questions shops ask

Do I have to pick a bay when work starts?

No. autoGMS opens the repair order and handles the bay. You pick the tech, or skip that and assign one later.

What if we complete a job by mistake?

Reopen it. It goes back to In-Service, and the costs are worked out again when you complete it.

Can my techs create or change bookings?

No. Techs don't see the New Booking button or the Bookings page. They work from the Workshop page.

Can I put a job on hold?

Yes, while it's In-Service. Pick a reason, such as Waiting for Parts, and add a note. autoGMS tracks how long it was on hold.
